Returns and Exchanges by Mail
- Fill out the back of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include a note explaining the return. Please include your phone number and return address. It’s IMPORTANT that you tell us what to do in your note!
- Specify whether you want a return or exchange. If you would like a return, you must provide your telephone # so we can call you for your card info.
- For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item name located above the photo on the item’s Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
- For an exchange, please include a check for return shipping to PLASTIC for $8.85.
