As a boutique clothing brand, each of you is important to our business. We can’t afford to lose a customer. Our 100% RED P guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at PLASTIC meets your expectations or you can return it for a replacement or refund. We make it easy for you to make a return or an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Whether you made your purchase online, at an event, or in a retail store, you may return or exchange it by mail.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
- Fill out the back of your invoice and include it with your return. If you cannot send your invoice, please include a note explaining the return. Please include your phone number and return address. It’s IMPORTANT that you tell us what to do in your note!
- Specify whether you want a return or exchange. If you would like a return, you must provide your telephone # so we can call you for your card info.
- For an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item name located above the photo on the item's Product Information page. Include color and size choices, if applicable.
- For an exchange, please include a check for return shipping to PLASTIC for $7.85.
